The room rate includes buffet breakfast.

Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 pm

There is an added charge on late check-out: less than 6 hours – an hourly payment, 7-8 hours - 50% of the rate, over 8 hours - one extra night is charged.

Early check-in: there is an added charge of 30% for the check-in from 6.00 am to 12.00 pm.

If you stay less than 24 hours you pay the rate for 1 night.

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night penalty charge at the confirmed rate. No show charge is 1 night. Reservations can be changed free of charge 24 hours prior to arrival.

Children under 7 years stay free.

Pets are not permitted.

You may pay directly at the check-in by cash (Russian Rubles) or by credit card: VISA, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Dinners Club, JCB. The payment by bank transfer is possible in case of 100% deposit.

The reservation will be processed to the Reservation Manager. The confirmation will be sent to you by email.
