A three-room apartment is ideal for a family (the living-room is 18 sq.m. and 2 bedrooms are 16 sq.m. each). There is a sofa, a TV with satellite channels, a laptop desk, a coffee table, a tea/coffee maker, a telephone, a mini-bar in the living-room. Each bedroom is provided with a double bed, satellite TV, a wardrobe, a mirrored dressing table, window blackout blinds, and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi, a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror, toiletries, white cotton bathrobes and slippers. The Wireless broadband Internet access is FREE OF CHARGE.

The nightly rate is 7 000 RUR (up to 3 guests) or 8 000 RUR per 4 guests.
